With the high handles in play it’s primarily an upper back exercise, to practice not rounding on heavy barbell pulls. And since I don’t use straps, grip is in play here too

I love how there’s always at least one bar in any gym, including one’s home gym, the weight of which is always in question.

Trap bars and safety squat bars are all over the map, standard is 65 for this tb but I believe this thing weighs 60 or a pound or two less
