Once you've read a single one of the "major" strength training books (Wendler? Rippetoe "The Merry Misogynist?" Sheiko?) and lifted weights for a month, you're qualified to correct my form and tell me you've seen much stronger people (on Instagram? YouTube? somewhere!).

Also, if you've read one of the major training books (or even The 4-Hour Body), you're qualified to say that being a CSCS, Physical Therapist, or strength coach for the Mets – doesn't make someone qualified to give fitness advice. Those are just the rules.

I mean, they all use steroid. No one is that "big and that lean" natural. So just disregard, whatever they have to say, CSCS is mostly BS.
