Great read, Oliver, I remember a lot of girls I went to school with posted photos on VSCO that showed what they really needed was therapy. Also, I like how the Sam Hyde breakthrough for Buzzfeed was just looking at like his past 20 tweets and that was the huge "scoop"

yeah, that's how you do the news these days. i participated in a similar scoop with VICE where I just looked at some tweets that had been liked ... this was how you did it in 2016 ... this was how you "did the work" and how people got "exposed" with zero-dollar reporting budgets
