The thirtysomething millennial media "kids" of Twitter "do the work" of firing off takes, but the VSCO kids of 2019 just "sksksksksk" with their hydro flasks and cheerfully await the End of Days amidst the waste of 90s shell-necklace culture
I for one can't wait til these VSCO kids cut off all our healthcare, social security, and I oop any other woke social programs still in existence as a response to global scarcity and generational resentment...it will be very legal and very cool
I do wonder if the left-aesthetic culture "kids" realize, as anyone with a historical sensibility might, that they are not so much as Progressing toward some enlightened future as part of a generational trend that will be undone and perhaps effaced by the Zoomers, VSCO kids, etc.
They'll be remembered as mood-ring and astrology-loving scolds, if at all, much as we mocked and eventually forgot our not-so-radical (not really) hippie-into-swinger-into-yuppie failson and faildaughter forebears.. Sorry not sorry... Just spilling some Tea here
