my biggest problem when I’m strength training is that I’ve always been like, “eh, I’m pretty strong. No need to die for this lift or this last rep. I’m okay with things as they are.”

I wish I had enough insecurity to die for a meaningless and forgettable cause! "He was the Pennsylvania state 220 lb deadlift record holder...we shall never see his like again. He died like he lived, lifting some weights"
