      The damage has been done with that guy, I fear. I watched him walk up a flight of steps in 2016 and it was like he'd summited Everest. I doubt he can walk more than ten minutes in any direction without sitting down for a breather

      He's definitely not a good lifter, not like Ronnie Coleman was. If you watch what he does, it's slow, high reps stuff with relatively light weights and long pauses.

      Watching him move from station to station is interesting too. It's not all that easy for him. It is indeed interesting he doesn't have heart attacks or strokes throughout the day
