Never actually understood the “influencers,” bodybuilders, etc. who talk about exercise as if it’s some grueling chore. It’s my favorite part of the day. If they’ve made a semi-career out of it, I’d assume the same applies to them

yeah, those bizarre posts about nearly "dying" as they struggle to get out of bed to lift weights (perhaps the only activity they're engaging in that day) truly puzzle me. if you need to dig so deep to do something like that, maybe you should find something else to do
