Seeing new rules pop up at some higher ed places that forbid the usual sexism, racism, ableism, but new additions I’ve seen include “unjust, entitled, and elitist attitudes” also being cause for dismissal from a place

I would assume that being entitled and elitist is integral to performing the job of teaching there, so I suppose you could can them all, were you being honest
Nothing beats vague HR rules ... very quasi legal and very uncool
