Yeah, I had to reevaluate the question before I could answer. Does it mean MOST softballinest (Fallon), or best interviewer who happens to softball (Gross)

@MUGGER1955 pointed out, Gross doesn't really ask specific questions so much as just talk in vague, open-ended questions. Fallon really just lobs meatballs down the middle. And I omitted folks like Katie Couric and that dude who interviewed Wacko Jacko back in the day - 2 more replies
