influencing people to do more low-handle work. i need to influence myself to get my squat reps out of the very low 400s but i can't seem to get past the belief that it's never deep enough

I'm starting to get less and less worried about depth. I've found I can handle much more volume just cutting them a little bit higher. Sinking every rep just destroys my hips which are already too tight.

yeah, i mean, if i wasn't sinking them all, i could endure massive volume, because that point right above the sink is where it's no problem to drive out ... but below i feel like i'll be needing a hip replacement in five years

no number of hip circle monster walks etc. is loosening that up 100% either. too much wrestling, too much wear and tear
