I think it could pass without much criticism even in those jurisdictions where it’s illegal. I think people, aside from random outliers or residents of extremely small and homogenous communities, will tolerate more stuff than they did 20 years ago

She has a valid point. Under a certain size, boobs should be allowed to be exposed by either sex, if I can still say "either." Cops should carry measuring tapes.
