So hypothetically a guy could go to a woke workplace and say he's non-binary but uses masculine pronouns and has masculine gender expression, and the employer would have to consider him part of the LGBT community?

commenting as an SPHR/lawyer/whatever, I'd urge my employer to accept, protect, and privilege any and all identifications ASAP and to document said privileging/protecting extensively. All to protect the corporation, of course -- profit is a "judgment-free" zone
