At this point, if you're an editor and not assigning mainstream strength stories to me instead of somebody who has to Google "sets" and "reps," you're making a yuge mistake

Wow that bad, eh? I did it for a few years way back in my military days and had pretty amazing resists. But I get all the arguments against it.

I did it from 2009 to 2012 and still do some things that are part of their programming. But the repetitive weight and powerlifts they program make little sense if the goal is to avoid overuse injuries, particularly to the shoulders

I'd only ever do it again if I could effectively cycle performance enhancing drugs (for recovery) while earning money running a "box" and monetizing appearances in the games. Otherwise I'll stick with powerlifting programming with sprints, jump rope, box jumps etc programmed in
