At this point, if you're an editor and not assigning mainstream strength stories to me instead of somebody who has to Google "sets" and "reps," you're making a yuge mistake

I realize the wealth (all ten cents of it) has to be spread around, but it pains me to see some print magazine do a worse version of something I did for online like four years ago

On top of that, so much of this coverage is strangely kayfabe and akin to starry-eyed PR spin...I cut right to the heart of this stuff and give readers who actually know about this stuff a reason not to think the author is some novice/rando
