The content on Twitter would be a lot different if all the posters were postal workers instead of journalists...the sanctity of the "freedom of the mail" would be raised to a level far above the "freedom of the press"

I'm 100% going to encourage my daughter to learn a trade if she is up for it. Can you imagine the market for a skilled woman plumber among the swath of sketchy dude handymen who you don't really trust alone in your house? Could be a competitive advantage in the market.
I hired several women who came out of trade schools, but the split in facilities is still 95/5 or greater (but diverse racially). Non-technical management of the technicians is probably 60/40 female. Creates an interesting dynamic

Minority- and woman-owned small businesses have an edge within larger scale development contracts... where the main contractor benefits (or is mandated for government contracts) to allocate a certain proportion of the contract funds to those types of subcontractors in particular.
