moving all my crap reminds me that I was born primarily to perform manual labor, that my inherited superpower is the ability to perform tedious manual labor for 20+ hours in a row with little dropoff in performance

I lift from the legs, my back seems to get stronger as the day drags on and I get a good sweat going, and 100s of flights of stairs are lighter than air.

Everything else about me amounts to worthless polish from the bougie neoliberal arts curriculum to which I devoted a dozen years of my academic life, but repetitively moving awkward objects + doing "round back" lifts for hours on end = what I was put here to do
