I live on 6th story walkup, I have too many heavy books, last time I moved I managed two 35 lb boxes before having to call someone. These skills are a gift.

Huge book bins, I don't even do boxes...massive reusable heavy duty plastic sealed containers because some are remaining in the basement. Those things probably weighed 100 lbs each
