In the NFL, it’s common to see players praying together and thanking God after a win, as if the deity has time to help tip a ball out of a receiver’s fingers, writes @SubBeck. @MoustacheClubUS, @KenSilverstein1, @darkoindex.https://www.splicetoday.com/sports/a-wacky-week-in-sports#.XRKk8rhha3w.twitter …

Why do we not see these kinds of antics in tennis or golf? Is it that they are individual sports? Baseball, hockey, & rugby are prone to similar displays. Its clear: the more the merrier.

Nah, boxing, cycling, track, and MMA are rife with doping. Stimulant use is still a big deal in snooker, darts, etc. There are users in golf and tennis, but there just hasn’t been much discussion about it. Guardian had a good piece about thishttps://www.theguardian.com/sport/blog/2017/sep/13/tennis-drug-cheats-anti-doping …

Tennis doesn't have good doping detection, seemingly by design. Agassi tested positive for meth and they covered it up. Also, the won't keep old samples to be tested in future when tech catches up.

Not that I care, beyond the gossipy nature of the testing scene. I want the stars to play forever

Caring about non performance enhancing drugs is absurd, but what sharapova did was similar to cheating on a line call.

you'll lose your russian citizenship if you're not hit with at least one PED ban during a pro sports career

She took the PED "unknowingly," of course.
