doing a feature on synthol use and one of the big points I hope to make is that all these outrageous "voyeur porn" trend pieces are the exception rather than the rule in terms of how that inflation/inflammation substance is used

It's pretty "common" (relatively speaking) for aesthetic touch-ups for bodybuilders but there aren't that many people in the world using it to inflate the size of their genitals. Just not that many at all, even if the appearance of one trend piece abt someone suggests a "trend"

Like remember those features about people using plastic surgery to become cats? People can do whatever they want, but as far as the alarmist tone those stories took...not many folks are becoming cats. Very few. You may never meet one

Of course, the internet makes many things seem common that aren't. For example, I've never met a legit 405-pound bench presser who wasn't training to do that specific powerlift with the pause and lift command, etc. Never. I've seen some bounced lifts outside of that

Yet you'll talk to people who "study fitness Instagram" and they seem to assume, by naming one or two names they follow on there, that everyone is throwing up that weight
