extra well, in addition to being an option the cash register (!!!), was probably the second most popular steak prep, the first being "well"
"medium well" also popular, but "medium" and below uncommon. "rare" was eaten only by some of the employees, "pittsburgh rare" only by me
where was this place and wtf is "pittsburgh rare"?
i can't even visualize an "extra well" steak. is it just a piece of coal?
if it isn't it will be, because they're sending that sucker back. and then they're sending it back again for a refund because it's too dry even with the "double ketchup" (two bottles of ketchup and a pouring knife)
That place doesn't exactly attract the gourmands.
