It's pervasive. We had, what, 30? 40? years of "Biff, pow! Comics aren't just for kids" headlines before the superhero movie glut finally put a stop to it.

Oh yes, and those stories persisted into the Raimi Spider-Man / Singer X-Men days ... now we get nonstop stories about nerd entitlement and "comics are for everyone"
