nothing more impressive than paying the hired help (sherpas, steroid coach/"trainer," swing coach for golf, etc.) to let you sorta do things (for Instagram pics, maybe?) that your trainer-servants can do way better

The weather window for the last ascent can be as narrow as 4-6 hours, so the people in the photo can be the only 50 who ascend that season. It’s obviously not an everyday line.

My concern isn't the volume, as some others who have discussed this photo have remarked upon, merely that it captures an enormous investment of money in one photo
