It’s a really good song, although the original lyrics are better than what was released on Blood on the Tracks.

It’s silver age Dylan, very overrated, but his last really good record. Doesn’t compare to mid-1960s. Still, does, say Springsteen have anything that touches BOTT?

Disagree, though Atlantic City is his best song in long career.

Rhyming "pretty" with "meet me tonight in Atlantic City" is okay, maybe like the Dylan who was telling us the story of the Hurricane

Valid, though songs like Visions of Johanna, Mr. Tambourine Man, and This Wheel’s on Fire, aren’t matched by any of his contemporaries.

Then again, I think Van Morrison's "Astral Weeks," P Ochs' "Pleasures of the Harbor," the Hold Steady's "Separation Sunday," and Cyndi Lauper's "She's So Unusual" are the four greatest albums of all time, so what do I know?
