I can't see your feet but it seems you are up on your toes a bit. Is there an advantage to that?

There's an arch in my back while keeping the feet planted and driving from the ground. There's some movement while doing that, but only to keep the posterior connected to the bench. An even more extreme version of this with a wider grip would be used at a powerlifting meet

And I thought 5x5 was brutal enough.

3x5 is more than enough in my opinion, but some of these volume days seem to have payoffs a few weeks later on the squat and bench in particular. not so much the deadlift. i can't really "load" that the same way

I also had trouble loading for deadlifts. Best training for me was delivering trees to tree planting crews. 150 lbs of trees per trip; up & down steep hills bringing trees to the crews. 9 to 10 hours a day. Phenomenal leg, low back & core strength. Cardio was pretty good too.
