I still like lifting heavy weights using the best approximation of the form taught to me by coaches, but endlessly and incoherently posting about diets that change daily, volume totals that make no sense (only one set pictured ofc!), and quotes about "overcoming" stuff is

Also it seems everyone is always on the comeback trail from some post- PR injury (likely due to the PR, as I've never been injured even once in 20 years), some golden self that they're using the powers of the mind (meaning steroids altering hormone levels) to recover. Yeesh

I suppose I've never wanted to injure myself doing a hobby, much as I've never injured myself playing Europa Universalis, except now that hobby equals real money that flows from not having to hustle fitness influence. Life is funny like that
