I wonder what portion of the "creative" world consists of rich thirtysomething perma-"kids" working for peanuts or "exposure," while the underrepresented remain just that ?
What percentage of that world is reasonably well connected upper middle class kids? Several kids from my HS wound up in the "ad world," all party boys who wore the salmon shorts (5.5") and front tucked their polos

The parts of it I’ve seen? 85%. Those numbers are starting to change inch-by-inch as clients start wanting media targeted at Latinx folks & other POC and they want it made/vetted by creatives of color. This is mainly to avoid the Pepsi/Kendall Jenner fiascos of the world.
