Yeah, whenever people try to talk to me about what kids are exposed to today, I tell them that according to the moral guardians of my youth my entire generation was going to become serial killers thanks to heavy metal, horror movies and Donkey Kong.

I wish I thought it would lead to rebellion. My fear is that the more sheltered kids are the more open they are to certain kinds of authoritarianism, where fitting in and following the rules is prized above all else.
