Clearly the media has decided he’s OK. What I find fascinating is the near unanimous adulation by the public. The evidence is clear as day that the dude is a piece of shit human being, yet people love him. It’s bizarre.

He has "turned it around." How? By winning? Is that what it takes, winning after we decided you were a loser? Hell, I was happier when Doc Gooden had an ok run with the Yankees.

I stand by my "meh". I'm hearing that today's Tiger is the kinder, gentler model. Let's hope that is so. But if Tiger is doing good works, the mainstream media is sleeping on it. That being said, I would not have liked Ty Cobb either but would admit his greatness.
