There's nothing more pointless than answering the question some "influencer" poses mainly to get thousands of ego-boosting notifications in reply. The true feeds of these people would be their own posts and millions of likes, no other words. A mirror reflecting their best selves

That's a point Aaron Singerman makes in a piece on bodybuilding forums that I wrote. Singerman says the top IG people are very easy to see, but difficult to interact with, unlike the bodybuilding pros who would argue with randos on the forums
