Bc bench has always been ez relative to say, squat (also not terrrrrribly hard) but certainly compared to snatch (a lift I do too poorly to derive any benefit from it), I'm always in a hurry to downplay what I can do on there (I can do a bit for someone who isn't a juice monster)

i have been around some of the strongest people around, seen/participated against some of the strongest athletes at the college level -- as have you -- and i can state for the record that the stuff happening on clarence kennedy's youtube channel is beyond the pale
