Most people, even fitness influencers, have limited time, and whatever they're selling is certainly not what really worked for them, because what really worked for them is either a) a controlled substance or b) the pyramid scheme you are buying into

I think that's what I've hated most of all about fitness...from the first day someone told me what they were benching, when I was but a wee preteen lad barely able to rep 225, I knew they were lying, and the lies were so incessant (and pointless) my mind was blown
