I'm glad he increased interest in the sport, because twenty years later I'm getting nice part time $$$ to write about it, but few of the attitude era characters interested me aside from Vince himself

This is how I feel about loads of top shelf athletes, from Wonderboy Thompson to Russell Wilson to Mike Trout ... great performers, but I won't care about them unless you offer me some do re mi to write about why they matter
