    "Organic" everything has become such a joke these days. I sometimes have this crazy thought of selling bottled water and labelling it as "organic, gluten-free, vegan, and dairy- free beverage" . I am pretty sure I'll make some business

    You’re never going to out-run a bad diet. A single slice of pizza or a bagel is hours of exercise for many people. Use your DIET to get lean. Use the gym to get STRONG.

    Things you need to know: - Carbs don't make you fat - Strength training > running - You can't lose fat from specific areas - Breakfast doesn't "wake" up your metabolism - Fasting isn't dangerous for you - Eating meat isn't unhealthy - You don't need small frequent meals

    Have your young kids watch you work out. Or show them video of your lifts. They get a big kick out of it. They ask questions. They’re inspired. The example you set will stick.

    "But potatoes are too many carbs!" Well if you ate 1kg, sure. But no one's saying that. Potatoes have a very different impact on your appetite than a bowl of sweets. Stop implying they're the same thing.
