Was great chatting with last evening - discussions around startups and product management, European vs Indian ecosystem, processes and growth, the how and the why, what's good, what could be better and lots more! Definitely follow him for some contrarian thoughts ;)

Love well-written cold emails. Thanks for sharing your pov. I'd add a couple things to this already awesome list: 1) be very specific in your ask but not demanding 2) have 0 expectations 3) appreciate their time and your opportunity to connect 4) add value first!

    4. The ask has to be super easy, don't ask something that'll make them want to reply to you later - it won't happen 5. Keep experimenting, stick with what works (use Streak etc to measure opens) 6. Setup your own mini CRM, it's a great learning as well

    2. Keep it concise. Keep one, two asks max. 3. Share one link with more details. Can be your portfolio, if it's a product you're asking feedback for - UseLoom is super useful

Cold emails: Some tips have helped me improve conversions from open > read > reply 1. Subject is more important than you think. Try this: think personal. They probably get a ton of it, think of something different, your only goal is to make sure they open. Eg, all lowercase

Just realised should've phrased better. Didn't mean deep learning in ML terms, rather learning to understand rather than prepping for a test.

It's a chicken and egg problem I'm guessing, but say a for-profit Khan Academy is maybe the real need of the hour? Democratizing test prep is great, getting access to folks across the country is even better. But skills not matching industry then what's the point of this root?

Congrats and team, huge milestone 🚀 Curious Q: Although test prep is here to stay considering how much society values it - any plans on Unacademy++ but for deep learning?
