    I got rid of most of my old programmes some years ago but I’m so pleased I hung onto this one. Colin Bell was one of the reasons I became a City supporter, and will always remain a hero. RIP Colin The King.

    This entire thing went wrong because the UK as a country, on the whole, has little respect for its older citizens. Not parades and poppies. Real respect. Valuing their wisdom. The underlying rotten notion, from day one, has been that, above a certain age, lives have no value.
