Fact check this story. Michelle is a decent, honest nurse who has been trashed for objecting to sexual harrassment.

I have spoken up about a colleague in . I became the focus of investigation. He was promoted while I was isolated from my colleagues. The CEO misled the board abt the risk. The risk became harm. Who’s not able to work? Me

Jeremy Hunt tells BBC the Health Select Committee will look at issues raised in the Paterson inquiry report - aim to ensure people talk openly so mistakes not repeated: “ That is the most important thing if we’re going to have a safety culture, and we still don’t get that right.”

Is there risk that with strong focus on the system, that even with patient voice embedded in the co-design work that the driving vision is one that is focused on systems not people and therefore at risk of prioritising meeting the needs of systems rather than people?

If there is to be closure and lessons learnt such a delay is hard to comprehend.

Today’s my birthday. Exactly a yr ago the trust chairman came to my home to tell me all my sexual harassment allegations had been upheld. He promised a full independent investigation into how it had been covered up by managers and HR. I’m still waiting

This is shamefull in the nhs. I have a question who’s responsibility is it when nurses raise issues they are not dealt with and it results in other staff or patients being affected? Is it the trust the union or regulators

As Ian Kennedy and others have repeatedly emphasised culture is largely set at CEO level. Feedback and support will help. But you can only change your own organisation. Not the NHS. (He is the CEO who allowed the mistreatment of this nurse.)

in my case the NHSI instructed Independent investigation recommended particular managers+HR staff were investigated +referred to their regulators. This was in Aug 2018. Still waiting. No consequence for their unprofessional conduct
