Two points. 1. This ain’t Austria 2. Anybody that knows of or lives in the existing public housing in this country knows it’s a place to get out of.

It’s a great idea to integrate subsidized housing in with middle & upper class to add resilience! Another important consideration for any new units, but especially for the poor is energy efficiency.
