Donald Trump says tariffs on steel and aluminum will bring back jobs to the US. This consulting outfit says he’s right—but only at the cost of losing jobs in lots of other areas:http://bit.ly/2FotJjF

There was an segment on one of the news shows 60 Minutes or Dateline about a steel mftr who is nearly all automated. 1 $100k engineer doing the work of many built in MS I think. These old plants can’t compete here in the US let alone globally

Really, really, stupid to tariff raw materials, and not finished goods. If he were actually serious about supporting American steel, he would have made an Americsn infrastructure program happen. The tariffs are a sort of confession that the infrastructure plan is a sham.

        Mr Trump, the U.S. #economy consists of a lot #more than the #steel & #aluminum industries.

The idiot with the pinky ring who never worked an honest day in his life has some major gaps in his math skill set, me thinks.

For Trump "a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush".

If you believe that, you don't know much about Trump. Trump's the kid that falls head first off the carousel, trying too hard to grab the brass ring.

Thanks for the teaching moment, "Mr. Trump Expert". Phobe doesn’t think so. Neither does Trump. If you timed it right, you could reach up and grab the ring—at great risk to life and limb, naturally. But it was worth it.
