Why would Court have to rule “against” the gay couple in order to uphold freedom of religion for the baker?

It's not about religion. It's about discrimination veiled in religion. Such a slippery slope. How would you feel if an atheist refused service based on the cross pin someone wore on their lapel?

Everybody has rights including the work of the artists that run a small biz, very different from a national corp A spark of creativity cannot be coerced There must be an intelligent way of dealing with this, not everything is simple nobody is entitled to my inspirational work .

If the bigots on the court want to give people the right to legally discriminate they should make them put up signs and submit newspaper announcements informing the public of their bigotry so those of us who find it repulsive can boycott their businesses.

Some ALEC-like "think tank" is cooking up some scheme you can bet on that. They'll pass state level legislation. These idiots and fools know no bounds when it comes discriminating.
