Agree.Can't just do what they want but; need to make informed decisions then implement w/o years of feedback-there will always be pushback.

Feedback is built into the process, and some - like that of BoS is hard to ignore.

What's needed is a culture change, where people see these things differently. Merchants not struggling for other reasons would help.
