        whole cause of Flint h2o was LOCAL city workers who had no idea how 2 treat the emergency water supply of the last 25yrs. they alone caused it. chemical needed 2 reduce acidity was cheap/plentiful, but they were so dumb,did not use it. magically it turned into white peoples fault
