its hard to be too critical of @FinELibpalvelu given how poorly we in the UK did with the terrible @Jisc deal last year!
My frustration with @FinELibpalvelu's obfuscation over their deal with Elsevier provided sufficient motivation to resurrect my blog (hox @antagomir @heidiklaine @jlehtoma @RickyPo #openaccess).
What do you think they should do?

The criticism is mainly that we cannot even know how well they did, because they won't release details of the deal.
