see also everything about the Michael Brown case "That horrible cop shot an unarmed 6'6" 250lb man who was doing nothing but charging him at full speed!" uh can you not find any more sympathetic cases of police brutality, I /know/ they exist

Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder if this doesn't correlate to race. Every now and again you get the "cops shot black kid!" message, but if it was common, wouldn't they always push it? Makes me wonder if most sympathetic cases are white kids.

If it's more important to push a racial message, instead of an anti cop message, you go for the best racial examples over the best anti cop examples.

GP LMAO. All they had to do is find one of the many even arguably bad cop cases. Heck, just say “civil forfeiture” and you’re in.

sure, it can POSSIBLY be defused but the point is, there are TONS of terrible cop stories out there, there's no need to take cases that seem relatively solid and say "well, MAYBE it could have gone better".

"If nurses and doctors can treat the mentally ill without shooting them to death, so can American police." Because there is absolutely no difference, NONE, between those settings and situations.
