In the last few days I have dealt with a Dunkie employee who couldn't manage to understand that I wanted cream cheese on a bagel, and a Lowes employee who couldn't understand that I'm asking how far our truck delivery is IF ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. 2/ We don't need to crack the Turing test. LowesBot2025 doesn't need to understand my feelings or chit chat about the weather. It just needs to understand questions about inventory, hours, returns, and deliveries. Tech has already put 1/2 the factory welders out of work >>>

4/ In this case, the problem was she couldn't understand my question. She wanted to know what I proposed to order, so she could follow script & see if it was in stock. NOT MY QUESTION. I wanna know "if I only order in stock stuff THEN when is delivery?"https://twitter.com/SportsMus/status/994608586478247936 …

5/ Disagree; I think that most of the people earning $150/hr deliver insane amounts of value (else they wouldn't get that pay). They're smart, adaptable, deal with ambiguities, create plans (don't just follow them), nail down details. HARD to automate!https://twitter.com/SportsMus/status/994608917782106113 …
