In the last few days I have dealt with a Dunkie employee who couldn't manage to understand that I wanted cream cheese on a bagel, and a Lowes employee who couldn't understand that I'm asking how far our truck delivery is IF ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK. 4/ In this case, the problem was she couldn't understand my question. She wanted to know what I proposed to order, so she could follow script & see if it was in stock. NOT MY QUESTION. I wanna know "if I only order in stock stuff THEN when is delivery?"https://twitter.com/SportsMus/status/994608586478247936 …

5/ Disagree; I think that most of the people earning $150/hr deliver insane amounts of value (else they wouldn't get that pay). They're smart, adaptable, deal with ambiguities, create plans (don't just follow them), nail down details. HARD to automate!https://twitter.com/SportsMus/status/994608917782106113 …

People think that it's gonna be just the crap jobs that get replaced...if anything it'll be the more expensive jobs first. Replacing a $10/hr employee vs replacing a $150/hr employee. I know who I'm gonna target first.
