4/ If I had a guess, I'd say that he sees a pattern match between me and something that posses him off. Maybe he's a crappy employee and doesn't like being called on it. Maybe he dislikes bosses. Maybe he can't afford land and is pissed that I can. No idea which one it is.

5/ He also doesn't know that this PARTICULAR guy has found himself blacklisted from multiple different crowds because of his repeated boundary violations, one upping, etc.

6/ He also assumes I'm a terrible boss, when I actually ran a firm for 14 years, always make sure folks are paid on time and have all the tools they need, never yell, have employees who loved working for me and stayed with me for over a decade, etc.

I have to have surgery. Next year is the soonest I can do it, then the year after that will have to do the other one. So I'm out of commission for at least 2 years. I was managing the last few years with steroids, but that's not working anymore.
