well, having been a business owner for 15 years, I've hired and fired dozens of people, maybe a hundred or so. /shrug You deal with what you've got when you're there, then you fix the problem. Which I've done. New hand this season is working out well.

Glad the new employee is working out...I would've fired the giy after he used screws when I told him to use nails but thats me.

Actually I take that back. I'd have made him remove all the screws and replace with nails. I've done that before. The sumbitch won't listen the first time, he's gonna do it right the second, and he's not getting paid for the first bit.
