let's not start using the term 'poor' as if it's a valid concept. it isn't. no one is owed money. we already *have* a word for those who call themselves 'poor': 'thief'pic.twitter.com/ljmdKgzzaW

I am a Catholic...but also an ancap. I think that it's my duty to donate to charity. ...but I also think that that's a duty that lies on me, not a right to be fed and clothed at my expense that is inherent in the recipient.
As an ancap, I think that anyone who demands welfare, advocates for a UBI, etc. and proposes to use the state to expropriate those resources from me using the one tool that the state has (the monopoly on violence) is a terrorist, in a literal sense.
The next step in the conversation is to debate to what degree people who want welfare or other benefits are really building that whole argument - are they explicitly condoning / requesting violence to get what they want, or are they just hung up in the local experience of misery?
I honestly don't think the two are comparable because of the "celebrating & emulating a spree killer" aspect. Also you will not starve to death for lack of access to someone else's body. And you do roast recipients of benefits, but suggest inc3ls should not be roasted.
