Cut down a bunch of trees. Then cleared the road I blocked by doing so. I. Am. Exhausted.

3/ This is prep for having the excavator and the surveyor in in a week or so. Excavator is going to pull stumps and put them on the burn pile. Then pull some boulders from fields and put them at corners identified by surveyor, so latter can drill & install boundary pins.

4/ Then excavator will build rock walls (using a truckload or two of rocks) connecting corner points, and will dig a series of small tree-planting holes every 5' just my side of new rock wall, so I can plant 70 or so fast growing arbor vitae evergreen trees.

Until the arborvidae grow in of you want a good "area denial" plant hedge look at pyracantha or Julianne Barberry. Pyracantha can be espalier to the wall, and the name translates to Fire thorn for a very good reason
