2/ Took pix...but the sad thing about hauling trees out, cutting them up, tidying brush piles...is that when finished, it looks like almost no work was done.pic.twitter.com/6lpCW259BK

3/ This is prep for having the excavator and the surveyor in in a week or so. Excavator is going to pull stumps and put them on the burn pile. Then pull some boulders from fields and put them at corners identified by surveyor, so latter can drill & install boundary pins.

4/ Then excavator will build rock walls (using a truckload or two of rocks) connecting corner points, and will dig a series of small tree-planting holes every 5' just my side of new rock wall, so I can plant 70 or so fast growing arbor vitae evergreen trees.

5/ Anyway, hopping back to what I did today: also did a bunch of work tidying up workshop. Moved a couple hundred pounds of steel tube to barn, organized woodturning pegboard, organized type and other stuff in the new toolboxes. Shop is tidy for first time in a while.pic.twitter.com/UYmtbs5wDu
